Job summary

Hayden Industrial, a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling systems, is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer for our Claremore, Oklahoma facility. You will develop and maintain quality control procedures, perform inspections and audits, and drive continuous improvement with production teams.

The role requires 3+ years in quality in manufacturing, knowledge of ISO 9001 and Six Sigma, and experience with FMEA/SPC. Collaboration with engineering, supply chain, and production is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 3+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and Six Sigma.
• Experience with root cause analysis, FMEA, and SPC.
• Proficient with MS Office and quality software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QC procedures for manufacturing.
• Perform inspections and audits of materials, processes, finished products.
• Identify, document, report non-conformities; work with production to fix.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain on improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation for QC processes, inspections, testing.
• Conduct training on quality standards and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, Six Sigma, and customer requirements.
• Support product development with quality input during design/prototyping.
• Participate in customer audits and address quality concerns.
