Job summary

Johnson Controls Federal Systems is seeking a Quality Engineer at our York, PA location. This role provides essential day-to-day quality engineering support, primarily for machining teams. You will play a key role in enhancing Navy Systems business through metrics such as first pass yield and on-time delivery performance.

An ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of quality management systems, and possess excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in heavy industrial, automotive, aerospace, or similar industry.
• Experience with ISO 9000, TS 16949, or AS 9100.
• Strong planning, organizing, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the Grantley Plant.
• Lead teams to improve quality metrics.
• Conduct measurement systems analysis.
