Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking a quality engineer with 1+ years of experience in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, root-cause analysis, and GD&T. You will perform supplier audits and design reviews, applying SAP-PAG and PDMAudit experience within a design/manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organization, and the ability to lead priorities with minimal supervision, plus lean manufacturing exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality engineering tools and audits.
• Bachelor-level engineering or related experience required.
• Experience with GD&T, drawings, and product models.
• Lean manufacturing exposure welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Apply quality tools (FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis) to improve processes.
• Lead audits and design reviews with minimal supervision.
• Interpret drawings/SBOMs and GD&T to support product verification.
• Communicate findings clearly and facilitate corrective actions.
