Job summary

Henkel, based in South Carolina, is seeking a quality and laboratory professional to join its Adhesive Technologies unit. You will manage investigations, perform material and product testing, and maintain lab operations to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a scientific field with 3–5 years of manufacturing quality experience, knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001/22000, and strong analytical skills. SAP and MS Office experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline with 3–5 years quality and laboratory experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 22000 quality systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; Six Sigma or statistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality investigations, NCMRs, customer complaints, and corrective actions.
• Perform testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to verify specifications.
• Maintain laboratory operations including equipment calibration and inventory management.
• Coordinate sample documentation and shipments to customers, suppliers, and labs.
• Support audits, safety, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional teams.
