Job summary

SMS InfoComm in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the quality system and drive process improvements in a manufacturing setting.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Operations to transfer new products to production, assist QA receiving and ensure compliance with quality requirements. A strong emphasis on ISO audits, data analysis, and reporting. Office proficiency required; on-site role in Grapevine.

Qualifications

• ISO Auditor certification or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• English as either primary or secondary language.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance of the Quality System.
• Interface with Engineering and Operations to transfer new products to Production.
• Analyze failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare QA weekly, monthly, quarterly reports.
• Conduct audits and close out audit findings.
