Job summary

Qualifications

• BA in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred)
• Ability to learn production/manufacturing and test processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and data analysis software
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Interfacing with customers and internal teams for a quality drive

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers regarding application and components needs and testing
• Assist in the development and implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Assist staff and managers in developing systems to meet goals
• Be a driving force in bringing Biddeford to Best in Class standard
• Interface with senior management, engineering, plant personnel and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
• Summarize in report form progress on all development projects on a regular basis
