You will apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies and collaborate with engineering, procurement, quality, and operations teams to drive cost-effective improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline; 5–10 years engineering experience desired.
• Lean Six Sigma and data analysis skills required; ability to drive cost-saving improvements.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

• Become expert on manufacturing processes for assigned product lines and understand related mechanical/electrical systems.
• Respond to production issues with safe, cost-effective solutions and implement corrective actions.
• Lead plant-level change implementations including engineering changes, new product development, and procurement initiatives.
• Analyze current processes to improve safety, quality, and efficiency; present cost reduction opportunities.
• Perform root cause analysis and independent problem solving across processes and equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure adherence to procedures to keep equipment operational.
• Develop and maintain written procedures and design fixtures/tools with internal teams or vendors.
