Formación

• 4 year college degree or 5 years equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA.
• 3-5 years experience in Quality Assurance or similar.
• Technical writing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead team in pursuing an ISO 9001 certification.
• Manage all quality-related issues within manufacturing (internal, supplier, customer, warranty).
• Identify root cause and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Carry out product and process auditing.
• Ensure control plans and documentation are maintained.
• Monitor KPIs: scrap, rework, and parts per million (PPM).
• Stop production for unacceptable goods/processes.
• Collaborate with engineering on layup instructions.
• Train quality awareness and participate in cross-functional teams.
• Develop and refine Design and Process FMEAs; lead quality audits.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Support customer visits with tours and quality demonstrations.
• Communicate across shop floor and with management.
• Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
