Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; CQE preferred.
• Minimum of two years of engineering experience.
• Quality/QA experience preferred; Six Sigma cert preferred.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and quality tools (FMEA, MSA, 8D).
• Ability to obtain security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements quality control procedures to meet requirements.
• Lead internal and supplier quality audits per ISO 9001.
• Perform MSA, gage R&R, bias, linearity analyses.
• Prepare quality performance reports and KPIs for management.
• Collaborate with management to develop inspection and test plans.
• Mentor junior personnel and support continuous improvement.
