Job summary

Madix is seeking a Quality professional to support the Quality Management System and ISO 9001 readiness, maintain procedures, records, audits, and management review inputs across the shop floor.

You will lead corrective actions, conduct internal audits, support field quality reports, supplier quality, and use SAP, Q-Connect, Power Apps, SharePoint and Excel to document inspections and quality data.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining a Quality Management System.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 readiness activities.
• Experience conducting internal, process, and product audits.
• Ability to identify compliance gaps and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System.
• Assist with ISO 9001:2015 readiness activities and audits.
• Create and maintain procedures, SOPs, forms, and inspection records.
• Lead or support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide daily quality support on shop floor across stamping, welding, painting, and assembly.
• Develop inspection plans, sampling plans, and data-driven quality control methods.
• Use SAP, Q-Connect, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Excel for quality documentation.
• Prepare quality reports for tier meetings and management reviews.
