CentroMotion in West Bend, Wisconsin seeks an experienced Quality Engineer to maintain ISO 9001 quality systems, audit processes, and support product launches from design through manufacturing. You will lead cross-functional teams to prevent defects, reduce variation, and ensure customer requirements are met.

The role emphasizes root cause analysis, statistical methods, PPAP familiarity, and strong communication with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 5+ years Quality Engineering experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and PPAP.
• Interpreting GD&T drawings and tolerancing.
• Advanced Excel skills; proficient in Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform product and process audits and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain and improve control plans and QMS documents.
• Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and containment.
• Monitor KPIs and report quality metrics regularly.
• Support customer and supplier communications for corrective actions.
