Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
3+ years in manufacturing quality engineering or QA in production.
Experience with RCA, CAPA, and structured problem solving.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Teams, and Power BI for data reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead IMS maintenance to support ISO 9001/14001/45001 compliance.
Improve supplier quality via RCA and CAPA.
Manage warranty claims and partner with Field Service.
Develop PFMEAs, FAI, and inspect processes.
Analyze data to reduce defects and CoPQ.
Prepare monthly quality performance reports for senior management.
Complete quality projects supporting site operations.
