Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to travel 2% for off-site training or meetings.
• Experience inspecting Russelectric products (wire terminations, solder joints, etc.).
• Punctual attendance; ability to work overtime or weekends as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and precision measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001 or ISO45001 is useful.

Responsibilities

• Partner with quality leaders, engineers, and supervisors on final inspections before shipments.
• Inspect products per drawings, schematics, route cards, and test specs using calipers and cameras.
• Record details in SAP Quality Management system.
• Assist with Discrepancy and Non-Conformance reporting and metrics interpretation.
• Document and respond to shipping damage issues.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Learn Siemens production, safety, and inspection procedures.
