Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required with strong quality background.
• 5–7 years of experience in quality engineering in robotics or semiconductor equipment.
• Strong reliability modeling knowledge and apportionment.
• Solid GR&R, HALT, HASS, F47, ESD, EMC, and ISTA testing understanding.
• Proficient with instrumentation and data collection tools.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Experience in digital system development and process workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drives quality at product and process levels to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Investigates failures, determines root cause, containment, and corrective actions.
• Collaborates with engineering, program management, and supply chain on defects.
• Performs error-code analysis, data compilation, and presentations.
• Troubleshoots electrical and mechanical failures; reports findings.
• Performs failure analyses and drives 8Ds to closure.
• Analyzes NC trends, yield, QPPM, and quality scorecards.
• Initiates CIP and process improvements aligned with the org vision.
• Develops work instructions and quality procedures for current and future needs.
• Uses lean tools (e.g., VSM) to identify problems and solutions.
• Conducts internal and external audits; supports cross-functional improvements.
• Writes reports and presents project status; interfaces with customers.
