Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks a Quality Engineer 3 to join the Quality Assurance team. You will develop quality and control plans, monitor yield, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, root cause analysis, and collaboration with audits and certifications.

The position is on-site with a structured 8am–5pm schedule, offering opportunities for contract extension or conversion based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or related technical roles.
• Proficiency with quality tools (FMEA, 7 QC tools, 5S, 5Why, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, SPC, DMAIC, 8D RCA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Quality Plans, Control Plans, and inspection checklists.
• Monitor First Pass Yield and drive quality improvements.
• Lead root cause analyses for customer complaints and audits.
• Perform COPQ analyses and map manufacturing processes for improvements.
• Lead Continuous Improvement projects to enhance quality and efficiency.
