Our Florence, KY site supports high-growth AI and cloud‑infrastructure customers, spanning server and rack integration, and data‑center liquid‑cooling technologies, where quality, speed, and traceability are essential.
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to lead quality assurance activities for new and existing liquid cooled server and rack assembly operations. In this hands on, impact driven role, you will develop quality controls, lead investigations, validate liquid handling processes, ensure stable, repeatable production aligned with customer and industry expectations.
As part of the core team supporting next generation liquid cooling manufacturing technologies, you will own product and process quality for critical liquid cooling assemblies, collaborate cross functionally to prevent defects, and drive systemic improvements in reliability, manufacturability, and yield. The ideal candidate has direct experience in server or data center infrastructure, thermal systems, or similar high precision, fluid cooling manufacturing environments.
