Qualifications

• Five+ years of relevant experience in quality within manufacturing, aerospace preferred.
• Experience with customer quality requirements, audits, root-cause analysis, and AS9100 processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong customer relationships by representing the organization in meetings and communicating quality information.
• Lead 8D root-cause investigations and provide corrective actions to customers.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Collaborate with Quality Systems to ensure customer requirements are integrated into processes and procedures.
