This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.

In this role, you will establish, implement, maintain, and enforce quality system processes that support products in a production environment. As needed, measure, analyze, and improve quality system performance consistent with organization quality goals, integrate quality system applications between engineering, manufacturing, and operations to ensure consistent and ongoing use of quality best practices, communicate quality issues, and facilitate troubleshooting of quality issues with teams. You will lead causal analysis activities to drive root cause and corrective action.
In addition, you will perform reviews and approve manufacturing build documents, including work orders and nonconformance records. You will conduct periodic audits of the application of our quality system in accordance with AS9100, recommend initiatives and/or changes that will improve product and system quality, and provide quality assurance subject‑matter expertise to inspection, manufacturing, and test. Periodically, you will interface with internal and external customers on quality related concerns and develop training materials to build quality awareness.
Weeknights with the shift starting at 3:00 pm.
