Qualifications

• Strong technical report writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with DOE, correlation/regression analysis, and gage R&R studies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with lean principles and quality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigates root cause solutions for product release through NCR, CAPA, MCH and ALH forms.
• Utilizes quality improvement tools and techniques.
• Provides support to departments regarding product quality, inspections, deviations and disposition of non-conforming product.
• Recommends measures to prevent recurrence of defects across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain and other departments.
• Analyzes reports and data to support in-house process improvements and corrective actions.
• Mentors junior staff as needed and escalates issues to supervisor as required.
• Assists with various projects and other duties as assigned.
