Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Ogden, UT is seeking a Quality Analyst/Engineer to investigate root causes for product releases and drive continual quality improvements. You will support multiple departments with quality issues, from NCRs to CAPAs, and help implement preventive actions across manufacturing, engineering and supply chain.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of related experience, with strong analytical, communication, and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2-5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent directly related work experience.
Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills.
Ability to understand and employ mathematics at an engineering or scientific level.
Strong technical report writing skills.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical reports, procedures, or governmental regulations.
Familiarity with correlation and regression analysis, DOE, and acceptance sampling; as well as conducting and interpreting Gage R&R studies.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Investigates root cause solutions for product release through NCR, CAPA, MCH and ALH.
Supports quality across departments regarding product quality, inspections, deviations and disposition of non-conforming product.
Recommends measures to prevent recurrence of defects to manufacturing, engineering and supply chain.
Analyzes reports and data to support process improvements and corrective actions.
