Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to read/interpret technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Investigates root cause solutions for product release through NCRs, CAPA, MCH, and ALH forms.
• Supports all departments regarding product quality, inspections, deviations, and disposition of non-conforming product.
• Analyzes data to support process improvements and corrective actions for continual improvement.
• Assists with lean principles and quality projects; mentors junior staff when needed.
• Escalates issues to supervisor and participates in assigned projects.
