Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years experience in quality engineering.
• Certifications are preferred: CQE, CSQP, CQ Auditor.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings with GD&T.
• Knowledge of statistical fundamentals and measurement systems analysis.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures and work instructions; suggest improvements.
• Design inspection and test equipment; provide training as needed.
• Assist in product testing and ensure tests meet project timing.
• Create product test plans to validate specifications.
• Lead 8D problem-solving and analyze data for improvements.
• Travel domestically and internationally to support suppliers.
