Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience required.
• Certified Quality Engineer preferred.
• Certified Supplier Quality Professional preferred.
• Certified Quality Auditor preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings with GD&T.
• Solid knowledge of statistical fundamentals and measurement systems analysis.
• Experience with SPC and reliability analysis.
• Proficient with Excel, MiniTab, Northwest Analytics, QC Cal Weibull++.
• Proficient with Office and SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Follow written procedures and suggest improvements.
• Design inspection and test equipment and provide training as needed.
• Assist in product testing to support project timing.
• Collaborate on test plans to validate specifications.
• Lead problem solving using scientific methods (8D).
• Plan and perform audits and manage corrective actions.
• Travel domestically and internationally to support suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
