Technipaq, Inc. in Crystal Lake, IL, is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure products meet ISO 13485 standards. You will analyze quality issues, develop fixes, and drive changes with engineering, production and management teams, as well as suppliers and customers.

The role reports to the Quality Director and requires 2–4+ years of quality engineering experience in a production setting, plus ERP/MRP proficiency and strong communication and organizational skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 2–4+ years in Quality Engineering, preferably in flexible packaging.
• 2+ years ISO 13485 environment experience required.
• Experience performing customer complaint investigations and root-cause analysis.
• ERP/MRP experience required.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Pass pre-employment Reading & Ruler tests.
