Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science, 10+ years in related field.
• 5+ years QE experience in a fast-paced regulated manufacturing environment.
• ASQ or Lean Certification preferred.
• Travel up to 5%

Responsibilities

• Lead quality investigations, CAPAs and risk management for Melville site.
• Provide technical oversight for on-floor troubleshooting and manufacturing/packaging issues.
• Drive data analysis, SPC, and advanced trending for quality improvements.
• Lead NPL, validation and process-excellence activities with cross-functional partners.
• Ensure GMP/compliance and coordinate internal/external audits and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and develop QE I/Quality Specialists, set priorities and drive accountability.
