Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 2–4 years of Quality Engineering experience.
• Manufacturing/automotive experience preferred.
• Knowledge of PFMEA, SPC, GD&T, and CMM.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints.
• Comfortable working hands-on in a manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality standards and objectives.
• Analyze assembly process and SPC data to identify trends and quality concerns.
• Support PFMEA, error-proofing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive quality issues to resolution and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Work with Manufacturing Engineering on process improvements.
• Apply GD&T and CMM knowledge to evaluate product quality.
• Support hands-on engine assembly quality activities.
