Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
2+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or process engineering.
Experience with root cause investigations and corrective actions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Investigate and support resolution of manufacturing quality issues.
Partner with cross-functional teams for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Monitor quality metrics and analyze data to identify trends and improvements.
Support QMS processes and ensure compliance with requirements.
Participate in process, product, and line audits.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain quality documentation, reports, and dashboards.
Work closely with technicians, engineers, and operations teams in a manufacturing environment.
