Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline with 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• ASQ certification - LSS Yellow/Green Belt, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality tools such as 5S.

Responsibilities

• Understand and demonstrate the site's incident workplace culture.
• Support NA RTPM responsibilities aligned with Global TPM.
• Evaluate quality outcomes and suggest improvements.
• Lead smaller continuous improvement teams and efforts.
• Apply basic business principles in daily projects.
