Qualifications

• Associate's degree in engineering or technical field.
• 3+ years of quality and manufacturing experience.
• On-site work at Chesterfield, MO facility.

Responsibilities

• Initiating internal continuous improvement quality projects.
• Facilitating effective corrective actions internally and externally and includes dealing with internal personnel as well as customers, suppliers, etc.
• Supporting third party quality audits.
• Develop quality procedures to maintain controls of processes.
• Responsibility for customer certifications and product measuring and testing.
• Effectively developing and leading cross-functional process improvement teams.
• Transferring best practices, techniques, procedures and tools to peers and other process improvement teams.
• Applying Six Sigma tools and methodology to improve process capability and eliminate defects.
• Demonstrating successful application of new methodologies to improve product and process quality.
• Leading internal auditing of established management systems.
• Investigating and determining root causes for internal and external rejections, implementing preventive corrective actions.
