Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Quality Engineer in the Pottstown, PA area to support a defense tech project. The role includes First Article Inspection, Part Approval Process, selective inspection, NCR workflows, and witnessing UAV flight acceptance testing. On-site 5 days a week on a 9/80 schedule.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in materials, systems, electrical or mechanical engineering, with a BA/BS in a related field and strong problem-solving abilities. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in materials, systems, electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for out-of-the-box failures.
• Experience working through full cycle with customers, vendors, technicians and leadership to identify and fix issues with product teams.

A client in the Pottstown, PA area is seeking a Quality Engineer in support of a defense tech project. This candidate will support the Quality Engineering group through processing First Article Inspection and Part Approval Process, selective inspection, analysis and processing of internal Nonconformance Reporting material and other administrative and logistical support duties. Represents the Quality Department in witnessing and documenting UAV flight acceptance test activity.

Candidates will be expected to be onsite 5x a week - candidates will work a 9/80 schedule
