Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in quality or engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, including tolerance analysis and design review.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
  • Experience applying problem-solving tools (8D, DMAIC, Fishbone, 5‑Why).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Minitab for statistical analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, track issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), including DFMEA, PFMEA, control plans, and capability studies.
  • Develop and maintain quality procedures in alignment with quality system requirements.
  • Partner with Manufacturing to ensure effective quality methods, training, and compliance.
  • Support customer issue resolution, validation testing, and field troubleshooting.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
  • Participate on cross-functional project teams and apply project management fundamentals.
  • Build strong knowledge of our products and manufacturing processes.

  • Spanish language skills.
