The Quality Engineer II is responsible for ensuring that quality product is manufactured according to established standards and that all customer requirements are met for their assigned value stream while personifying the \"One Team\" concept throughout Band-IT. This includes conducting audits of production parts and processes, leading efforts in resolving customer complaints, and leading the corrective action process. Other responsibilities include maintaining and reporting on quality process dashboards, creating inspection programs using CMM and/or vision systems, facilitating the PPAP/FAI process, supplier audits, and representation of quality interests in various meetings and teams.

The compensation range for this position is $86,000.00 - $129,000.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
