• Contribute to Playwright UI and API test automation
• Create and monitor release pipelines for automation in ADO
• Maintain automation nodes and VDIs used for automation
• Expand automation framework to provide additional test capabilities
• Design, code and document automated test cases within a defined framework
• Improve, maintain and execute automated functional, regression, acceptance and performance testing codebase
• Collaborate with QA leads, Business Analysts and developers for regression and functional testing
• Analyze existing systems to find areas for improvement
• Conduct diagnostic analysis and troubleshooting to resolve complex software issues
• Evolve automated test framework to achieve higher test throughput
• Maintain QA workflows and agile methodologies

Overview

As a Quality Engineer II , you will be responsible for ensuring software features have comprehensive test coverage and meet established quality standards . You will contribute to our existing automation suite (s) and utilities for continued regression and non-functional testing while exploring and validating new user stories and bugs through a n established software development team.

Responsibilities

• Ability to contribute to Playwright/ ts test automation suite for both UI and API level tests
• Create and monitor ADO release pipelines for automation
• Maintain automation nodes and VDIs used for automation.
• Expanding automation framework to provide additional test capabilities.
• Designing, coding and documenting automated test cases within a defined framework to ensure quality of our product.
• Improve, maintain, and execute automated functional, regression, acceptance and performance testing codebase.
• Collaborate with Q uality L eads, Business Analysts and developers to assist in regression and functional testing when new changes are introduced.
• Analyzing existing systems to find areas for improvement.
• Conducting diagnostic analysis and troubleshooting to resolve complex software issues.
• Evolving automated test framework to achieve higher test throughout, with increased accessibility and test execution flexibility.
• Maintain a solid understanding of QA workflows, automation best practices, and agile methodologies
• Maintain proficiency in application and use of systems, tools, and processes within the Technology department.
• May perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

Qualifications

• 3 + years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within Software Automation.
• Ability to work concurrently on several projects, each with specific instructions that may differ from project to project.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a collaborative environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Expertise in analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
• Excellent planning and organization skills, with a commitment to delivering on aggressive deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience testing complex, multi-tiered web-based systems and complex data-driven applications.
