Job summary

Lancesoft in Warsaw, IN is seeking a Quality Engineer I to help ensure products meet established requirements through audits, inspection and testing. You will interact with multiple departments, suppliers, and experts outside Client to support quality goals.

The ideal candidate has a BS in engineering, a CQE certification is preferred, and 1–2 years of related experience. Travel up to 20% may be required; on-site work in Warsaw, IN is expected.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related field; CQE certification preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in quality engineering or medical devices.
• Knowledge of QSR/ISO, FMEA and design assurance.

Responsibilities

• Formulates procedures, specifications, and standards for Client products and processes.
• Develops and implements corrective/preventive action plans.
• Collects and analyzes data for gauge and product evaluation.
• Ensures suppliers have information and facilities to deliver quality products.
