Job summary

IFF is seeking a Quality Engineer to collaborate with QA teams, develop procedures, and implement systems that meet quality standards and client expectations. You will drive process improvements, perform root cause analysis, and develop operating instructions for formulas while partnering with site stakeholders to hit KPIs.

You will also mentor staff on quality practices and act as a quality ambassador to ensure safe, compliant final products and adherence to regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food Industry and quality disciplines.
• 3+ years in quality, manufacturing, or cross-functional teams.
• Strong Excel skills and mathematical/statistical aptitude.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance.
• Auditing experience and ability to drive quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead process and product improvements with root cause analysis.
• Develop operating instructions for formulas and improvements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing site stakeholders to meet KPIs.
• Train and mentor operations staff on quality management best practices.
• Act as quality ambassador to ensure safe, compliant final products.
