Job summary

Hai Robotics seeks a Quality Engineer I to establish and run the site quality system at a newly launched US manufacturing site. You will own the NCR/CAPA lifecycle, MES quality closure, and inspection across incoming to shipped robots, partnering with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT.

A hands-on MES/QMS user with 1–3 years in electromechanical manufacturing will thrive in this builder role. You will work with HQ teams in China and global manufacturing to define templates,

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of quality/manufacturing experience in electromechanical or electronics environments.
• Hands-on MES/QMS user experience; configuration is a plus.
• Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings, specs and SOPs.
• Strong Excel skills for quality reporting and dashboard basics.

Responsibilities

• Establish and run site quality system including IQC/IPQC/final inspection frameworks.
• Own NCR and CAPA processes end-to-end at the site.
• Configure and maintain MES/QMS quality checkpoints and routing.
• Lead incoming, in-process and final inspection across the production cycle.
• Support root cause analysis and feed back into inspection standards and MES.
• Prepare quality reports (FPY, Pareto, rework, NCR aging) from MES data.
