Qualifications

• Demonstrates blueprint aptitude, understanding of distribution requirements and ER system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Review Engineering Records and random audits of the quality system.
• Recommends qualification of suppliers or corrective action to become qualified.
• Performs research and assist with purchase of inspection equipment.
• Reports review and audit findings as required.
• Monitors production and assembly changes at efficiency points, taking corrective action.
• Edits and approves initial and revised work instructions and route sheets, and supervises implementation.
• Tracks cause and corrective action activities from audits and reviews.
• Follow instructions, procedures and policies to avoid workflow issues.
