• Assist in manufacturing safety, productivity and quality improvements on the assembly floor, machine shop, and/or sheet metal shop.
• Design, build and implement tools for new or existing products under direct supervision.
• Create and deploy work instructions under direct supervision.
• Communicate effectively with all personnel.
• Follow instructions, procedures and escalate issues impacting workflow or quality.
