Job summary

The role will troubleshoot basic issues and assist with safety, productivity and quality improvements on the assembly floor, machine shop, and sheet metal shop, while creating and deploying work instructions and communicating across the team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot basic problems in the area of responsibility and identify possible solutions.
• Assist in manufacturing safety, productivity and quality improvements on the assembly floor, machine shop, and/or sheet metal shop.
• Design, build and implement tools for new or existing products under direct supervision.
• Create and deploy work instructions under direct supervision.
• Communicate effectively with all personnel.
• Employees are expected to follow instructions, procedures and to elevate any issue impacting workflow, quality, etc.
