Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in Quality, Statistical Analysis, or related area is required or welcomed.
• Familiarity with SPC, Lean manufacturing, ISO standards is a plus.
• Strong foundation in quality concepts with curiosity to grow in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality Management System and quality standards.
• Participate in Lean and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with internal quality audits and corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing and quality data.
• Support SPC initiatives and data-driven improvements.
• Create graphs, reports, diagrams, and quality documentation.
• Investigate problems to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
• Assist with customer quality concerns and non-conformance activities.
• Support procedures, documentation, training, and other quality-related projects.
