Job summary

Primary Talent Partners has a contract opening for a Quality Engineer I with our medical device client in Plymouth, MN. This is a 12-month contract with a potential for extension.

Pay is $35.00 - $45.00 per hour on a W2 contract, with ACA-compliant supplemental package enrollment available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on the W2 without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of quality engineering experience in medical devices.
• Experience with process validation and manufacturing support.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and communication.

• Project management execution for quality initiatives.
• Validate processes and support label software migration and printer rollout across the site.

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Quality Engineer I with our medical device client in Plymouth, MN. This is a 12-month contract with a potential for extension.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

Description:

• Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality standards and protocol for processing materials into partially finished or finished materials product.
• Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place.
• Devises and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.
• Designs or specifies inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment; conducts quality assurance tests; and performs statistical analysis to assess the cost of and determine the responsibility for products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.
• Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements.
• May specialize in the areas of design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation and reliability, inventory control and/or research and development as they apply to product or process quality.
