Randstad USA is seeking a Quality Engineer in Bridgewater, NJ to join a leading manufacturer of mission critical thermal management systems. Ideal candidates have an engineering degree and 2-5 years of QA/QC experience in structural steel, piping, pressure vessels, welding inspections, or rotating equipment.

The role offers day-one medical, dental, vision, PTO, profit sharing, and a standard 9am–5pm schedule. This position is a permanent, on-site opportunity with Randstad USA.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required; 2–5 years QA/QC experience in heavy manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with structural steel, piping, pressure vessels, welding inspections, and rotating equipment is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute quality control plans, inspection procedures, and testing protocols.
• Conduct vendor audits to verify compliance with project specifications and construction codes during site visits.
• Document inspection results, analyze quality data, and prepare detailed reports for mechanical and structural assemblies.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate inspection schedules with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure standards are met.
