Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer for an early-career role in Milwaukee, WI. You will support the maintenance, development, and improvement of our quality management system to ensure products meet industry, regulatory, and customer requirements.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify quality issues, support root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or related technical discipline).
• 1 year of experience post graduate in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Quality System Compliance: Support compliance with industry standards (AS9100, ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements; assist audits.
• Process & Product Quality: Monitor processes and product lines for conformance to specs and quality plans.
• Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA): Investigate non-conformances and CAPA with cross-functional teams.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze quality metrics and prepare routine quality reports.

In this early-career role, you will support the maintenance, development, and improvement of our quality management system to ensure all products meet stringent industry, regulatory, and customer requirements. You will work cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify quality issues, support root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality System Compliance: Support compliance with industry-specific standards (such as AS9100, ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements. Participate in internal audits and assist with preparation for external customer and third-party audits.
• Process & Product Quality: Monitor manufacturing processes and product lines to ensure conformance to technical specifications, blueprints, and quality plans.
• Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA): Assist in investigating non-conformances and customer escapes. Work with engineering and production teams to utilize standard problem-solving methodologies to determine root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, track, and analyze quality metrics (e.g., scrap rates, first-pass yield, defect trends) to identify areas for process improvement. Prepare routine quality reports for management review.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or a related technical discipline).
• Experience: 1 years of experience post graduate in a manufacturing or engineering environment
