Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 1–3 years of manufacturing QA experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with quality management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support and monitor quality assurance activities throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Assist in the investigation and root cause analysis of non-conformances and quality issues.
  • Review engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions for compliance.
  • Participate in inspection and testing of parts and assemblies to ensure conformance to aerospace quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, supply chain) to resolve quality concerns.
  • Assist with maintaining quality documentation, records, and reports.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and corrective/preventive action processes.
  • Help ensure compliance with applicable aerospace industry standards (e.g., AS9100).
