Job summary

Htprof in Mansfield, OH is seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer to join a fast-paced automotive supplier team. The role reports to the Quality Manager and focuses on resolving quality issues on the shop floor, reviewing control plans, and supporting new model launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related experience will be considered.
• 3+ years of quality engineering experience in automotive/mass production environments is preferred.
• Strong root cause analysis skills and corrective action implementation.
• Experience communicating with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with key customers and serve as the point of contact for quality issues.
• Determine root cause of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Assist the manufacturing floor with quality issues and concerns.
• Review control plans and review weekly, monthly, and quarterly customer reports.
• Support new model launch activities and monitor the SPC process.
