Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions at the Fremont site seeks a Quality Engineer to maintain the QMS, drive continuous improvement and ensure customer requirements are met.

You will lead CAPA, drive corrective actions, collaborate with Engineering on FMEA linkage, and support internal and customer audits using tools like Minitab and WinLims. A STEM degree with 0–3 years' experience is preferred, with a focus on quality and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM/technical field.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in quality or technical roles preferred.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Quality Management System at the Fremont site and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Lead and track CAPA, customer complaints and action items with on-time closure.
• Support internal audits and supplier quality activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering to link corrective actions to FMEA and ensure updates.
• Utilize Minitab, WinLims and other tools to analyze data and drive improvements.
