  • 5+ years of experience in Agile Functional and Automation Testing across enterprise applications.
  • Hands-on programming experience with Java and/or Python, with modern automation frameworks such as Playwright, Robot Framework, and Selenium.
  • Proven experience implementing AI-enabled testing solutions, including AI tools, agents, and automation accelerators within test frameworks.
  • Strong expertise in API testing, validation, and integration testing, with microservices architectures.
  • Extensive experience in database testing with SQL Server and data validation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies, including Azure Applications, Cosmos DB, and cloud-native testing practices, plus Azure DevOps.

  • Lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple releases, ensuring quality objectives, delivery timelines, and stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and reusable test solutions using modern automation tools and best practices.
  • Drive test planning, execution, defect management, and status reporting, providing regular quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • Review application designs and code to improve testability, automation coverage, and long-term maintainability.
  • Analyze defects, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root-cause analysis across test, staging, and production environments.
  • Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, Architects, and DevOps teams to define quality strategies and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Leverage AI-powered testing capabilities to improve test efficiency, coverage, and productivity.

The ideal candidate will lead testing initiatives across complex enterprise applications, drive automation strategy using modern frameworks and AI-enabled testing capabilities, and ensure high-quality releases through robust validation of APIs, databases, and cloud-based applications. This role requires strong leadership, Agile delivery experience, and expertise in modern automation, DevOps, and cloud technologies.Your roleLead end-to-end testing activities across multiple releases, ensuring quality objectives, delivery timelines, and stakeholder expectations are met.Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and reusable test solutions using modern automation tools and best practices.Drive test planning, execution, defect management, and status reporting, providing regular quality metrics and test insights to stakeholders.Review application designs and code to improve testability, automation coverage, and long-term maintainability.Analyze defects, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root-cause analysis across test, staging, and production environments.Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, Architects, and DevOps teams to define quality strategies and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.Leverage AI-powered testing capabilities, including AI agents and intelligent automation solutions, to improve test efficiency, coverage, and productivity.Your skills and experience5+ years of experience in Agile Functional and Automation Testing with strong expertise in end-to-end testing across enterprise applications.Hands-on programming experience with Java and/or Python, along with modern automation frameworks such as Playwright, Robot Framework, and Selenium.Proven experience implementing AI-enabled testing solutions, including the use of AI tools, agents, and automation accelerators within test frameworks.Strong expertise in API testing, validation, and integration testing, with a solid understanding of service-oriented and microservices architectures.Extensive experience in database testing with strong SQL skills, including validation of complex data flows and testing on SQL Server environments.Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies, including Azure Applications, Cosmos DB, and cloud-native testing practices, along with test management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO).Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps; exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, and Retail applications is highly desirable.The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $76,730 - $150,800.Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
