Job summary

The H-J Family of Companies is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the product development team by ensuring high-quality specifications are met. You will develop testing procedures, analyze defects, and collaborate across development and operations to improve processes.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Engineering and 2+ years in a quality role, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for process improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
2+ years of working experience in a Quality role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

Supervise hourly QA inspectors and make day-to-day decisions for the QA group.
Review design plans, process procedures, and quality manuals to understand scope and requirements.
Ensure products meet quality and integrity requirements for customers.
Identify root causes and implement corrective actions using 8D methodology.
Analyze data for trends in quality and defects; monitor SPC and KPI.
