Job summary

We’re partnering with a growing global manufacturing company to hire a Quality Engineer who will join its engineering and manufacturing team. The role offers a salary in the $90,000–$135,000 range with opportunities to impact product quality and reliability.

The successful candidate will strengthen quality processes across the organization, support production and engineering, investigate issues, and drive continuous improvement from the factory floor through final delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in electronics, aerospace, defense, or high-reliability environments.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve quality processes and systems.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions.
• Support inspections, testing, production, and product acceptance.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain to resolve quality issues.
• Support new products and processes from development through launch.
• Maintain quality documentation and support audits and customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and reliability.
• Help foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
