Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing plant with quality-improvement projects.
• Proficient in Six Sigma and lean techniques; Green Belt required, Black Belt preferred.
• Experience with MES data analysis and ERP systems (SAP a plus).
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify new quality improvement opportunities with management.
• Communicate with customers on quality issues and propose solutions.
• Analyze variation and capabilities to optimize performance.
• Evaluate metrics to identify where improvements are needed.
• Collaborate with operations to foster a quality culture and use LSS tools.
• Coordinate quality training records and ensure compliance.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality management systems.
